Attorney - Francisco A. Corrales
Francisco A. Corrales advises businesses and individuals on commercial
transactions, compliance issues, intellectual property, international
matters and the development of business opportunities. Mr. Corrales has
extensive experience in the review, negotiation and drafting of
commercial agreements. He also counsels international clients on doing
business in the United States and domestic businesses on expanding their
global markets. He counsels and advises clients in Spanish, French and
Portuguese.
Mr. Corrales has written and lectured on topics of international law and
is the current Chair of The Florida Bar International Law Section. Mr.
Corrales has also received a lifetime appointment as a Civil Law Notary,
Florida's equivalent of the "Notario" in civil law jurisdictions and is
only one of approximately 100 attorneys in Florida to have received this
distinction.
